You do, as the producer or reseller. Premium packs are activated per industrial customer account within your subscription. If your industrial customer wants a Governance or Insight pack, you add it to their account and it appears on your invoice. Many producers pass the cost through in their service pricing.
No. The pharma vertical is a separate add-on that is only relevant to producers serving pharmaceutical, medtech, or FSA-regulated clients. If none of your industrial customers operate in that sector, you do not need it and it does not appear in your portal.
Portal configuration for your brand (logo, colors, domain), initial module activation, structured onboarding for your team, and import of your existing customer and article data. For Professional and Business tiers, this includes a structured onboarding session. Enterprise setup is scoped individually.
Your subscription renews at the same monthly or annual rate. There are no loyalty penalties, no mandatory upsells, and no price increases applied without 60 days' written notice. Annual subscribers who choose the 12-for-10 plan simply renew on the same terms.

Annual subscribers pay 12 months for the price of 10 — effectively 2 months free, or a 16.7% saving versus monthly billing. The annual amount is invoiced upfront.
